How My First Visit to a Salt Cave Lounge Amazed Me

By Arvind Chaurasia, MBA

Imagine a quiet, dark place where the walls look like they’re shining. The air smells like

salt, and you can only hear soft music and the sound of your blanket moving. This isn’t a

dream; it’s Zenning, a relaxing salt cave lounge and self-care studio in Kent, Ohio.

I went there to try their halotherapy service in the salt cave lounge for the first time, and it was amazing. I felt so calm

and relaxed. I sat in a special chair (i.e., zero-gravity chair), covered myself with a blanket, and put an eye pillow

over my eyes. The salty air and the peaceful feeling made me forget all my worries.

Zenning is a great place because they care about ensuring you have a peaceful, stress-free

experience. The studio is very clean, and the people who work there, also known as Zen Guides, are passionate about the work they do and are

trauma-informed. They’re kind and helpful, willing to answer any questions you might have to help you feel as comfortable and safe as possible.

They offer other things too, like a sauna, a special crystal healing mat, yoga classes in the salt cave lounge, trauma recovery support, and more.

But what makes Zenning so special?

Salt Therapy (Halotherapy): Breathing in the salt-filled air can help with things like breathing

problems, allergies, and skin issues. It’s a natural, drug-free way to clean your lungs and

improve your health.

Relaxation: The peaceful atmosphere and calming music at Zenning will help

you feel less stressed and more relaxed. It’s the perfect place to escape from the

busy world outside.

Unique Experience: Visiting a salt cave lounge is an exceptional and different

experience. It’s not something you do every day, so it’s a great way to enjoy self-care, try

something new, and have fun.

If you’re looking for a unique and fun experience in Kent, I think you should go to

Zenning. It’s a perfect place to relax, feel better, and get away from the stress of

everyday life.
