Somatic Healing for Trauma + Anxiety: A 3-Week Group Series

Trauma and anxiety often live in the body, shaping how we move through the world, respond to stress, and experience connection. This three-week somatic healing series is designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate a deep sense of safety from within.

Through gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation techniques, you’ll explore how to release stored tension, process emotions, and build resilience in a way that feels safe and empowering.

This series is designed for women, including trans women, and non-binary people who feel supported in a women's healing space. No prior experience is necessary—just a willingness to slow down, listen, and honor your body’s wisdom.

🌿 Join us in this healing space where your body leads the way back to peace, balance, and connection.

Testimonial:

Trauma is suffocating. It can feel inescapable, as you are repeatedly and unexpectedly thrown back into the traumatic experience, after the smallest and sometimes undetectable triggers. You often feel trapped in the past as you painfully struggle to be in the here and now. The consequences are significant. Traumatic experiences can linger on and negatively impact your personal relationships, your work performance and productivity, your physical and emotional health, your finances, and more.
