Appointment & Payment Policy

To Book online, you will be prompted to create a profile so you can electronically sign our waiver and receive appointment reminders. If you loathe technology and would prefer assistance with booking, please call us at 330-235-1726 and we will be happy to assist you.

We require a deposit at the time of booking with our practitioners. A valid card on file is required to reserve salt cave and infrared sauna sessions. By booking, you agree to our cancellation and no-show policies without exception.

A 2.9% fee applies to all electronic payments. Pay with cash, check, Venmo, or Cash App to avoid the fee. To skip online payments, call us. A card is required on file to prevent no-shows and late cancellations, which will incur both a late fee and the electronic payment fee.

Appointment Requests

A full business day’s notice is required for personal service appointment requests unless otherwise arranged with the practitioner. Appointment requests will be approved during business hours only.

Cancelation + No-Show Policies

Late arrivals for Salt Therapy sessions, or salty classes, salty workshops forfeit their session, as they start on the hour and we are UNABLE to open the door once the halogenerator is running.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of $30. No-shows, including those arriving 15 minutes late, will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice will result in a full credit to your Zenning client account.

Refunds are only provided if the instructor or practitioner cancels or due to inclement weather. Otherwise, payments will be credited to your Zenning account.
